“The internet has given audiences much more power than ever before.” To what extent do you agree with this statement?



 It is evident that the internet has given much more power than before to the audience because they now have access to movies without actually having to go to cinemas or buying it on apps but the disadvantages are that they can find out where you live and you will probably be in big trouble the advantages are that they watch it at home.

 The Advantages are that you are able to hear the songs at home instead of going to shops or somewhere else to buy them instead you can listen to music on so many apps on ios,android or pc there are apps like apple music,spotify,shazam,tunien,soundcloud,
pandora and tidal these are the apps you can use to listen to music on and i think for some you have to pay for.It is very entertaining for the audience and it can be more participating for the audience.
The Disadvantages are that the producer of the music doesn't get money because no one buys his music and the audience now have more power than the producer of the music because the consumer can listen to the producers music for free without paying them also
there are people who are saying negative things at the producer to make him stop doing music so he doesn't get a carrier.

The Advantages are that Since the internet has came or happened say if you have missed a movie now you can catch up on sky which saves time for the computer,consumers can record Films and Television series on sky now, before you couldn't,you can now watch movies anywhere from your home to your friends area without going to cinemas.Consumers can watch films and television series at anytime and anywhere.
The Disadvantages to the film or TV industry is now a lack of socialism,consumers give spoilers to other consumers,kids that are under the age restriction of the movie still watch it and if they watch terrifying movies they get nightmares and they don't learn and they still watch more movie that they aren't even the right age to watch,also some consumers download apps where you can watch movies for free on or other apps that you can get things for free.

The Advantages for Newspaper industry are that you can share the news to other people, you can access the news on your smart phone on an app or on a website for free which is more easy to carry around and its portable and it is used for socialism.
The Disadvantage for Newspaper industry are that there can possibly be fake news (talking about an accident when it never even happened) and it can be boring very quickly for some ages or people because there just talking and that probably all there doing is talking and not showing any content for the consumer to watch.news is less reliable.Everyone can produce news and it's harder to tell the different s  between reliable news and "fake news".As many people believe everything they see on screen,its easier to spread lies and wrong information.

The internet has given consumers much more power than before and that the audience have faster access to watching films or listening to music or even reading the news and any other entertainment.This is because I think accessing stuff online is easier and quicker then going to stores because you wont be have to run or walk to the shop instead you can get it on apps or google.
